HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We will ship your order within 5 business days from the date that we receive confirmation back from you that the proof is acceptable. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the USA. The time in transit after that will depend the the shipping type that you select.

We cast and engrave the memorial stones right here in our facility in Meridian Idaho. All orders will be shipped from here.

No, unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

CAN I RETURN A MEMORIAL STONE?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, we guarantee a 100% refund on your order if you are not satisfied with the authentic look
and feel of the stone, even though the stone will already be custom engraved for you. If your not happy, were not happy.
