- Do We Ship Outside The USA?
- We are unable to ship outside the United States at this time.
- How much will it cost to ship a memorial stone?
- It depends on the stone size and your shipping location, but most shipping charges are around $10.00 for one stone. When you add an item to the cart, you will be able to see the shipping charge before you proceed to the next step in the checkout process.
- What Is Our Return Policy?
- We are completely committed in making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you feel the product has been mis-represented in any way, or the workmanship of the product is not to your satisfaction, we will either fix the problem or give you a full refund (including shipping) on the product even though the stone will already be custom engraved for you. If your not happy, were not happy. Try that quality commitment on for size! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
- How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
- Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the date that you place your order.
- Can you engrave artwork that I supply to you instead of just the ones you offer on the website?
- Yes; Although we will want to verify the image quality before comitting to use the image. Unfortunately, photos do not engrave clear enough to make a quality image on the stone.
- How do I know that engraving will turn out how I am imagining it?
- You will have the opportunity to view the layout of your specific memorial via email before we ever start your project. You can request any change at that time. We will continue to adjust the layout until we get it just how you want it.
- Can these stones be left outside?
- Yes. The materials that are used to make these cast stones were designed to be outdoors in the weather. They are designed not to crack during the freeze and thaw cycles in the colder regions of the country, even better than real rocks would.
- Are the cast stones solid?
- Yes. We use a material light enough to make shipping fees acceptable, but heavy enough to give the stones a solid feel to them. We appologize about not being able to divulge more about the material, but we think we have something pretty "nifty" here that we would rather not spread to our competition! -Remember, If you are not completely satisfied with the look and feel of your memorial stone, we will refund your purchase in full; really!
